Return Policy for Goldfinch Farm Shirts and Stickers
We want you to love your Goldfinch Farm gear! If something doesn’t quite meet your expectations, here’s our policy to make it right:
Returns: Unworn and unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Just reach out, and we’ll provide return instructions. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges: Need a different size? We’re happy to exchange shirts within 30 days as long as they’re unworn and unwashed. Stickers are non-returnable unless damaged upon arrival.
Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. We’ll notify you when your return has been processed!

Refunds on Fresh Food Items
At Goldfinch Farm, we take great pride in providing fresh, locally raised foods. Due to the nature of fresh food products, we can’t accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we want to make it right!
Quality Concerns: If you receive a fresh item that doesn’t meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include a photo and description of the issue, and we’ll work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Order Errors: If we made an error with your order, please let us know within 24 hours. We’ll arrange to get the correct item to you as soon as possible, or issue a refund if necessary.
