Are your broilers free range?

Yes, technically. The USDA defines free range as "having access to outdoor range for at least 8 hours a day". We raise broilers in pens on pasture that we move twice a day so they always have fresh, lush grass to eat. So technically they have access to outdoor range 24 hours a day, but they are within fences to keep them safe. We also provide them with non-gmo grain, clean water, and predator protection.
